Lenovo A6000- best 4g budget phone

As Lenovo is entered from PC world to smartphone world the smartphones competition reached to new level. Lenovo always trying to put his best effort in the smartphone world, Vibe, K, S, P, A mobile series.

After big buzz Lenovo India launched  best 4g  budget phone of 2015 named as Lenovo A6000. It was available for purchase on flipkart at reasonable price only 6999 ₹ , with some amazing features. The smartphone was popular that 10000 piece were sold only in 2 seconds,Lenovo A6000 Flash Sale Sees 30000 Units Go Out of Stock in 4 Seconds in just refer the article, Still sale is going on and registrations are open for all.

I received the Lenovo A6000 few days ago after using it I am writing the review and un-boxing  of lenovo A6000 mobile.

Unboxing of Lenovo A6000:

Lenovo A6000 comes with white and red colored small-sized box. As showed in picture.

Box contains handset, mobile charger with USB cable, screen protector, removable lithium battery and earphone. Warranty documents and user guide is also provide along with the cell. It have 2 SIM card slot one is 4g/3g/2g and other is 2g.  Only single SIM slot is 4G supportable still Lenovo A6000 is best 4g budget phone.

For the full Specification and details of the product please refer the link of of gsmarena. I am using this phone from 2 weeks and I would like to say that its best phone under 7K segment till now available. Good stuff to buy if you are normal video and audio viewer user.

Processor and Ram:

As we know this is era of 64 bit processors ,  Snapdragon already offered 200 and 400Soc it’s good to see the performance of snapdragon 410 Soc in Lenovo A6000. The processor is fulfilling the needs of customers. 1Gb Ram is not sufficient if you are gamer and running multiple games simultaneously. It is sufficient for normal app usage.

Battery:

Having 2300mah battery was sufficient for normal app use and 2g will work up to 22hrs and maximum standby 264 hours.  For 3g usage it will long last 6-7 hrs.

Look:

The design and look of the phone is pleasant. One of the great thing having light weight it also offers the removable battery. Weight of the phone is 128gm only you can feel it light when you hold it in your hand.

Graphics:

The GPU used for this cell is Adreno 306. You can easily play heavy games like Asphalt 8, Fifa 15, Shadow Fight 2 without lagging and flickering.

Memory:

If we go for storage It offers 8GB internal memory about which 4.13GB is usable. User is able to move application to external SD card which is up to 32GB.

Display:

As we go to display of the A6000 it offers 720*1080 screen resolution with HD IPS 5 Point capacitive touch screen with screen size of 5 inch. Gorilla glass is not offered for the phone.

Camera:

With 8MP Camera and Auto Flash the picture quality of the phone is  remarkable as compared to nexus 4 and Moto G2. For taking selfie and video calling it offered 2MP front camera.

UI:

Lenovo A6000 offered VIBE UI Version Kraft-A6000_S025_150129.  If you are familiar with  base version of Android  then you might feel the UI is bit complicated but in fact it is quite user-friendly . Provide with Large application icons and text.

OS:

Currently available handsets have Android 4.4.2 kitkat version  Lenovo said they will provide the update till lollypop soon.

Pros and Cons:

Nothing is perfect so it also have some pros and cons. let’s talk about the pros and cons of the product.

Pros:

  • Removable battery
  • Light weight
  • Good camera quality
  • Dolby Speakers
  • 4G support.

Cons:

  • Back lit buttons not present
  • OTG support not present
  • UI little bit confusing( if you are familiar with base UI of android )
  • Ram is not sufficient if multiple apps are running
